How Our AI Teams Work
At NexusPrime Software, Shane creates AI-powered development teams -- Dropbears, Thunderbirds, AstroNuts, and Moonwalkers -- each with clearly defined roles and a full complement of specialists. Every team operates as a real software development unit under Claude Code, the AI Engineering Manager, who coordinates work across all four teams simultaneously.
